Email your brief requirements to mark@inspiredgardenrooms.com and we will prepare a free of charge quotation for you and confirm likely delivery times. We will also clearly list what is included in the price.
Information we will need you to provide:
1) Your contact details (name, address & telephone number)
2) Send a photograph looking at the front of your property from the road and a second picture showing you rear garden where you are consider putting the garden room.
3) Details of the type of Inspired Garden Room you are interested in (IE TERRACE WITH FLAT ROOF 8M X 4M ) with a list of any design changes and optional extras you would like and any questions you may have. We do change all of our standard designs to suit your needs so anything is possible.
Based on the above information we will contact you to discuss you requirements and email you a quotation.
Should you decide to proceed with the quotation our MD Mark Thorley will contact you to arrange a convenient time to meet you on site to agree the final location of the room and discuss any design changes and optional extras and if design changed provide a new quote. We will then prepare detailed drawings subject to a £250 fee to cover cost of drawings / design.
Should you proceed with the garden room the £250 will be deducted from the quotation.
OUR PAYMENT TERMS
Stage 1 £250 initial deposit (deducted from cost of garden room if you proceed).
Stage 2 20% After design complete and cost agreed to start fabrication.
Stage 3 40% due when structural shell complete.
Stage 4 20% due when watertight (doors in and roof membrane complete).
Stage 5 10% due when plastered.
Stage 6 Remaining balance paid on the day of completion.
