Mark Thorley (chartered architectural consultant & MD & founder of m t architectural & The inspired group) has over 30 years experience of the architectural & construction industry. Mark will personally design and project manage your garden room guiding you through each stage. Every garden room is purpose built for each client to suit clients needs.
You can either pick one of our standard designs, or make a few personal changes to one of our designs or you can start with a completely new Bespoke design concept. Nothing is set in stone, we can create a room to suit your needs. Which ever design option you choose, our in-house fully chartered architectural team (www.mtacltd.co.uk) and our experienced construction team will ensure all rooms are built to the highest possible standards.
All our garden rooms AS STANDARD achieve exceptional thermal performance beyond the requirements of current building regulations using kingspan or Cellotex rigid insulation to all floors, walls & roof. We manufacture & install high performance polyester powder coated aluminium windows and doors all with 28mm double glaze argon filled toughened safety glass, plastered interior. Our Construction Director & co founder of Inspired Garden Rooms Allan Walker will personally construct and oversee the build process. Allan is an experienced joiner & general builder with a wealth of experience and will be your main point of contact when on site.
